Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: coffeerunnersclub.store@gmail.com

Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
